Return/Refund Policy
Most products non-returnable due
to potential safety risk associated with food products, but if the item arrives
damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. If the
item received is expired, we are happy to replace it at no charge.
If you think the product is defective or was damaged in
shipping. Please contact us within 7 days with details of your
concern.
An order is NOT eligible for refund
under the following conditions, including but not limited to:
- Delivered
more than 7 days ago.
- Don't
like taste of the product.
- Resealable zipper
broke.
- Bottle lid
or seal tampered with.
- Didn't
see/read the allergy warning.
To be considered for return/refund/replacement, please
email us your request with your order number. If approved, you will be
given an RMA# and asked to return the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own
shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs up to $20 can be
refunded if the item returned is found to be defective.
If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
Shipping Damages
If the product was damaged in shipping,
please contact us within 7 days. Please include your order
number and pictures of the damaged packaging and spilled product so
we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and get a replacement shipped.
